• Records all Land Documents such as deeds, mortgages, and survey maps.

• Files Supreme Court documents, judgments, including divorce records.

• Files Certificates of Business (both Sole Proprietors and Partnerships). We are the Notary Public Office for Cayuga County. We notarize documents and process Notary Public Renewals.

• Does not maintain birth, death or marriage records. Those are maintained by city or town clerks.
