• Owns apartments for low and moderate-income residents, persons with developmental disabilities, and older adults.
• L2P Westside consists of single-family houses for rent with the opportunity to purchase the home in the future. Rental units are managed by Christopher Community, Inc.
Eligibility: Low to moderate income for housing.
