Cancer Services – Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program
thru: CSP/Cancer Services Program of Steuben, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties
• Administers a special Medicaid program that provides coverage for cancer related treatment.
Eligibility: Diagnosed with breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer. In some cases have pre-cancerous conditions of these cancers. Call for information.
