Information and Referral

•Provides patients and families with timely and accurate information through digital and print media about retinal degenerative diseases and the research to overcome them, as well as low or no vision coping strategies, resources, and services. 

• Motivate patients and families to increase public awareness of AMD and other retinal degenerative diseases and encourage public support for retinal disease research. 

•Provides information about genetic testing, treatments being developed, treatments being evaluated in clinical trials, and approved therapies.
