- Designed for adults 21 and over enrolled in HARP (Health and Recovery Plans) - Medicaid Managed Care plans that pay for behavioral health and substance use services.
- Peer Empowerment, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Family Support and Training.

Application Process: Referral by healthcare provider or self-referral.
