Educational Programs and Residential Services
• Offers educational day program for students with complex or multiple disabilities that cannot be served in any other settings, includes Preschool and School Age, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, major physical, neurological, sensory, health and complex behavior disorders.
• Provides comprehensive therapeutic services including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Music Therapy.
• Provides Nursing, Social Work, Vision services, Health Homes Program, and Transition Program.
• Offers residential services.
• Volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility: Ages 3 to 21 years. Referrals from public school due to multiple, complex disabilities: ages 3-21 years. OPWDD eligibility for residential services. Call for information.
