Adult Outpatient Services Program
• Provides an adult outpatient services clinic that includes:
- Intake evaluation & assessment.
- Individual, group, and family counseling.
- Psychiatric assessment and service.
- Monitoring and management of psychiatric medications.
- Care management services.
- Psychological Testing and services.
Language Access
Eligibility: Age 18 or older.
Application Process: Call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for more information.
Fees: Self-pay, most third-party insurance, sliding scale based on income.
Coverage Note: Wayne County.
