• Helps young people to ideantify, monitor, and manage changes in behavior and meantal health. Can include:

- Individual therapy.
- Group therapy.
- Problem solving.
- Social Skills training.
- Goal planning.
- Safety planning.
- Psycho-education.
- Relapse prevention.
- Treatment for substance use.
- Involvement of the family.
- Medication as needed.
- Assistance with difficulties in school or at work.
- Other interventions as needed, including sleep, nutrition, and excercise.
