Opioid Treatment Program (Methadone Maintenance)

Eligibility: Ages 18 and older who are addicted to opiates such as heroin, codeine, hydrocodone, oxycontin and others.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: ID required.

Fees: Most private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.

Coverage Note: Primarily Central New York but will accept referrals outside that area.
