- Individual, group, and family treatment.
- Medication management (psychopharmacology).
- MAT (medication-assisted therapy).
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Application Process: Must complete referral. Walk in, appointment, or call for information.
Required Documentation: Insurance Card and Photo ID.
Fees: Insurance and Private Pay.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Ontario and Wayne Counties.
