Eligibility: Financially unable to obtain adequate representation.
Application Process: Individuals can obtain an application directly from the Court, Seneca County Public Defenders Office, Seneca County Department of Human Services or online at https://www.co.seneca.ny.us/gov/safety/public-defender/
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services unless court ordered contribution.
