• Provides a mental health clinic for adults with serious emotional disorders or mental illness.
• Provides temporary coverage for the cost of medications for individuals with a mental illness who leave the local jail or a local hospital, and have applied for Medicaid (Chapter 15 of Kendra’s Law).
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 or older and prior approval from insurance carrier if required.
Application Process: Contact clinic number, asking for mental health services.
