• Provides programs to help juvenile delinquents such as the PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision) Program.
• Provides intake access to the courts for the public seeking resolution of matters concerning custody and visitation, and conducts investigations relative to custody and visitation matters.
• Prepares family offense petitions which domestic violence victims take to Family Court.
• Provides community service sentencing, pre-trial release services, enhanced with electronic home monitoring, as well as strengthening relations with Drug Court and Restorative Justice Planning.

Eligibility: Ontario County resident. Individual requirements vary by case. Community Service Program: Screening interview, court referral. Excludes any offender with past or present sex offender conviction.

Fees: For custody investigations and DWI: probationers must pay a monthly supervision fee. Electronic home monitoring: probationers pay a fee for the service.
