Monroe County STOP DWI

thru: Monroe County Department of Public Safety

Educates the community regarding the dangers of impaired driving and provides funding to groups and organizations engaged in activities related to alcohol and other drug-related traffic safety.  

Coordinates a variety of prevention education programs for school and community members.

Offers a DWI Victim Impact Panels in which victims/survivors speak to DWI offenders every six to eight weeks.

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: DWI Victim Impact Panel: Offenders can be sentenced by the court, a condition of probation, or other means.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: $40.00 dollars for offenders only.
