- 180 bed skilled nursing facility attached to Newark Wayne Community Hospital
- 5 Specialty care neighborhoods
- Therapeutic recreation room and dining room located on every neighborhood
- Therapy gym providing physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Hairdresser services on Monday and Wednesdays

Eligibility: PRI required. Must require care at the skilled nursing level.
