- Difficulty breathing
- Difficulty urinating
- Distended abdomen
- Pale or white gums
- Non-responsive
- Vomiting or diarrhea with no appetite for more than one day
- Ingested toxic substance
- Paralyzed limbs
- Possible stroke
- Diabetics
- Seizures
- Triage poison questions
