Building Healthy Children
thru: Mt. Hope Family Center
• Pairs expecting or parenting young women with a Community Health Worker and therapist for information and support through their pregnancy and first three years of the child's life.
- All services are home-based or can be held in/at Mt. Hope Family Center or another community location.

Eligibility: Women 21 and under from the time they are expecting up to nine months after a first or second child is born.
