RPC Mobile Integration Team - Crisis Response
thru: New York State Office of Mental Health Rochester Psychiatric Center
• Provides mobile crisis supports to adults in identified counties services include:
- Immediate intervention, evaluation and stabilization.
- Case consultation with other agency care providers.
- Liaison with health providers including local mental health.
- Community education.
- Family support.
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 or older.

Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Livingston, Wayne, Wyoming, Genesee and Orleans Counties.
