• Provides mental health and crisis services which include:
- Crisis intervention/stabilization
- Mental health assessments
- Rapid linkage and/or re-linkage to treatment providers
- Interim/bridge mental health treatment
- Mental health transport
- Connections to treatment providers and support systems in the community
- Referrals to non-mental health services

Application Process: Call 211 or 988 for intake. Walk in during site hours.
