Mobile Crisis Services
thru: Northern Rivers Family of Services
• Assist adults, children, adolescents, and their families in resolving emotional and behavioral health crisis situations. Services include:
- Consultation and information
- Clinical assessment
- Crisis intervention and stabilization
- Referrals and linkages to ongoing community resources
- Case management follow-up
- Family or peer advocacy and support
Eligibility: Individuals age 5 or older.

Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Albany (child and adolescent services only), Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties.
