Eligibility: Must be on government assistance or 200% of the poverty line or 60% of the area median income (or a non-profit organization).

Application Process: Apply online at pcsrefurbished.com. (Those who are located near offices in MN, CO, OH, GA, MO, or IL are encouraged to visit in person).
