Services for People with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities

Offers day habilitation services.
  • Social and recreational activities, while receiving assistance with personal care and other areas of need.
  • Individuals work toward goals and objectives that are derived from their valued outcomes.

Provides at-home assistance to individuals to help them become increasingly independent and able to live in the least restrictive environment possible.

Offers weekday and weekend respite.
  • Weekend Respite provides an opportunity to socialize and enjoy a variety of recreational activities.
  • Assistance with personal care, meal times, medication and other areas of need.

Cayuga Centers is granted funding to assist families with costs of goods or services directly related to the care of a family member with a developmental disability.

Eligibility: Must be eligible for Medicaid and OMRDD eligible.

Application Process: Referrals may be made by individuals, parents, schools, health professionals, and/or other providers.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Services provided through Medicaid.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Cortland, Onondaga, Oswego, Seneca, Tompkins, and Wayne Counties.
