• Build families capacity to support their children’s academic and social-emotional success at home, in the community, and at school.
• Offers families a navigator to identify goals through coaching, peer networking, and referral to community resources. Target areas for support can include:
- Housing.
- Employment.
- Health/wellness.
- Parenting strategies.
- Budgeting.
- Basic needs.
- Communication with schools.
Language Access
Eligibility: Students in the Rochester City School District preferred partner schools: # 17, 25, 33, 34 and 58.
Application Process: Referral required from school staff or self referral.
Required Documentation: School report card and program application.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Rochester City School District Schools: 17, 25 33, 34, and 58.
