•Offers SSI/SSD Advocacy via DSS referral.

• Provides Post-Adoption & Post-Guardianship in-home case management.

• Provides homeless Coordination through DSS.

Eligibility: Resident of the area served. Services available to all who are in need.

Fees: Fees for court referred supervised visitation. No other fee for service.

Coverage Note: Wayne, Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca and Yates Counties.
