Community Orientated Recovery Options

• Facilitates building skills toward self-efficacy, promoting and facilitating community participation and independence.

• Creates opportunities for individual with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders to receive services in their own home or community.

Eligibility: Age 18 or older.
