Family Peer Support Services
thru: Compeer Rochester
• Provides support, advocacy, linkage, and referral services. Services are provided by a certified Family Peer Advocate, a provider with lived experience raising and caring for children with mental health conditions. Examples of services include:
- School advocacy.
- Basic needs referrals.
- Emotional support.
- Health and benefits systems navigation.
Language Access
Eligibility: Parent or caretaker of a child age 5-21 with a mental health condition.
Application Process: Stand-alone referrals are accepted with written recommendation from licensed providers. Drop in, call, or email for application.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid.
