• Offers adult outpatient clinic.
- Provides assessments which are completed by a licensed mental health practitioner in order to determine the level of care a patient may need
- Provides Individual, family and group therapy
- Provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Linkage/referral to other needed services that are beyond the scope of the adult outpatient service
• Provides children's outpatient clinic.
- Provides comprehensive evaluation/screening which looks at psychiatric, emotional, social, family and medical issues of the child including drop in hours
- Provides Individual, family and group therapy
- Provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Provides community mental health services
Language Access
Eligibility: Adult services: none. Children services: Ages 5-21 who are experiencing problems that interfere with their daily lives. Children must be accompanied by an adult during walk in hours.
Application Process: Walk in for children only. Adults call intake.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Sliding scale. Third party insurance. Medicaid. Financial assistance available.
Coverage Note: Monroe and surrounding counties.
Languages: Spanish, American Sign Language- Staff provides service in language offered, Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated
