• Builds or renovates houses in partnership with low-income families and sells the houses to the people at no profit and no interest.

• Receives funds and building materials from individuals, churches, and other organizations.

Eligibility: One year of solid work history. Willing to provide 200 hours of "sweat equity". Willing to assume a 30 year (affordable) mortgage. Must meet family earnings guidelines. Check website for more details.
