Eligibility: No eligibility for thrift store. For clothing vouchers, must be Geneva resident and have a referral from a local agency.

Fees: Thrift store pricing. Geneva residents: Items in the thrift store are available to those in need free of charge, with written referral from an outside agency or church. Phone calls and email referrals from agencies are also accepted.
