• Operates an inpatient substance abuse service.
• Offers support and self-help programs.
• Offers specialized service for the deaf and hard-of-hearing and for individuals with dual diagnosis.
Language Access
Eligibility: Any substance abuse/addiction problem and gambling addiction. Age 18 or older.
Application Process: Call intake coordinator for screening and admission. Referrals through certified agencies. Self-referrals are accepted. Evaluations can be done over the phone.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Sliding scale based on income. Medicaid. Third party insurance. Call for information.
Coverage Note: New York State.
Languages: American Sign Language, Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered
