Residence Programs
thru: Elmira Psychiatric Center**
• Offers community-based living for adults who have emotional disturbances but who do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization with the goal of transitioning them to viable lives within the community.
Eligibility: Must have a referral from any Elmira Psychiatric Center (EPC) program, and be 18-64 years old with a mental health diagnosis.

Fees: Varies according to program.
Coverage Note: Allegany, Chemung, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne and Yates Counties.
