• Performs a free energy audit for house holds with income under $97,000.
• Provides a loan of $2000 to $8000 to fix energy emergencies including:
- Furnace repair or replacement if necessary.
- Insulation.
- Duct sealing.
• Administer the EmPower program which is a grant that is available to income eligible households to make energy improvements. (Unable to replace windows).
Eligibility: Resident of area served, income guidelines apply.
