• Provides benefit counseling services to all veterans and their families that include:
• Provides housing search assistance and temporary financial assistance through Services to Enable Positive Solutions (STEPS) program.
• Provides individual and family counseling to veterans and their families.
• Offers legal assistance through collaboration with Monroe County Legal Assistance Center.
- Case management.
- Female Veteran Programing.
- Senior veteran services.
- Financial counseling.
- VA benefits counseling.
- Resume writing assistance, career counseling, and career assessment.
- Job readiness and life skills training.
- Weekly VetNet, networking, and job club group.
- Occupational skills training classes.

Cultural Competency
Eligibility: Proof of veteran/discharge status and family members. Veterans Treatment Court: For veterans with nonviolent criminal charges who have a substance abuse or mental health diagnosis.
Application Process: Call or drop in.
Required Documentation: Proof of Veteran status.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, and Wayne Counties.
