  • Food pantry and hygiene supplies for clients of Lifespan or connected to a Case Manager outside, but connected with Lifespan (not open to the general public).

Eligibility: Senior Center programs: Ages 50 years and over. Spouses: any age. For Food pantry must be 60 years or older, client of Lifespan or work with a Case Manager outside of Lifespan, income at or below TEFAP guidelines, eligible if receiving SNAP, WIC, Medicaid or SSI.

Application Process: Call or walk in. For food pantry must have a referral from Lifespan or a Case manager, case manager will contact Lifespan and will pick up food for client.

Required Documentation: Call for information. For food pantry intake form, and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Attestation of Eligibility annually.

Fees: Congregate meals vary, call for information.
