Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Call for information. May leave a message on answering machine. Delivery available.
Required Documentation: Picture ID, current utility bill, birth certificate or school record for all children in household.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Brockport School District South of Ridge Road.
