• Provides housing rehabilitation services for existing homeowners. Typical repairs include:
- Roof replacement.
- Bathroom replacement.
- Interior and exterior painting for lead stabilization.
- Upgrades to heating, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Septic system replacement.
Language Access
Eligibility: Must meet income guidelines. Owners must occupy the residence for one year prior to applying for and agree to live in the home for 5 to 10 years depending on funding.
