• Offer a variety of opportunities for consumers to work on personal goals in group settings with peers. Calendar of activities changes monthly and members choose their preferred activities. Activities include:
- Cooking.
- Volunteering.
- Shopping.
- Video and board games.
- Card tournaments.
- Computers.
- Cognitive exercises/brain teasers.
- Recreational outings.
Eligibility: 18 years and older and can show proof of brain injury or chronic health/medical issues.

Required Documentation: Documentation of disability; Other requirements to be discussed in personal meeting.
Fees: Medicaid. Private Pay. Workman's Compensation. Third-Party Insurance, Managed Care (iCircle Care, Nascentia, and Fidelis).
