Holiday Project Registration

thru: Baden Street Settlement

• Provides a Christmas basket to all eligible individuals (no children required in family composition).

• Provides toys or gift card for children birth to 12 years old if signed up for holiday basket.

• Accepts holiday donations.

Language Access

Eligibility: Must live in service area parts of 14604, 14605, and 14621. Must meet income guidelines.

Application Process: Apply at 13 Vienna Street.

Required Documentation: Photo ID of head of household, verification of all in the household, verification of address, verification of income, social security cards of all in the household.

Fees: No fee for services.
