- Linkage services (short-term prevention case management)
- Peer-Delivered supports & outreach
- Education on risk reduction using evidence-based interventions

Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.
