• Performs a free energy audit for households.
• Provides grants for energy-related improvements based on NYSERDA qualifications, EmPower program which is a grant that is available to income-eligible households to make energy improvements. (Unable to replace windows).
• Provides a loan to fix energy issues including:
- Furnace repair or replacement if necessary.
- Insulation.
- Duct sealing.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga and Wayne Counties.
