Christmas Assistance

• Offers Christmas boxes of holiday food such as turkey and ham.
• Provides holiday gifts and toys for children.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Individuals, Couples, Families, and Elderly. Referral by a school, social services or community-based agency.
Application Process: Call for an appointment. School nurses send out applications with all children.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Huron, Red Creek, Savannah, South Butler, Wolcott.
