• Provides a social day program that has the following:
- Weekly Community Outings
- Fitness and health activities
- Computer literacy
- Cooking classes
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Elderly and/or individuals with traumatic brain injury.

Fees: Medicaid, private pay, private insurance.
