Functional Family Therapy

thru: Cayuga Centers

• Provides home-based therapy involving all family members of a youth. Includes: working together to prevent out-of-home placement, to intervene on behalf of family re-building, and to reunify the family unit.

Eligibility: Ages 11-18 years of age and families.

Application Process: Cayuga County- A referral may be submitted through the FAST team: https://cayugacofast.com/. Seneca County- All referrals sent by preventive and CPS services.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Albany, Cayuga, Monroe, Ontario, Oswego, Oneida and Onondaga Counties.
