Provides education, occupational training, job readiness training, academic assistance, job/internship placement, case management, mentoring, service learning to both in-school and out-of school youth.
  • YouthBuild: GED classes/TASC, construction training, job readiness training for unemployed, out-of-school youth.
  • Second Chance for Young Fathers: provides re-entry services including mentoring, case management, job skills training, academic support, responsible fatherhood activities, and restorative justice projects to young fathers.
  • Project Steps to Success (PSS) and Project BEAM: Reentry services for young adults and adults to help them successfully re-enter society by addressing their personal and professional barriers and helping them attain the employment skills through academic assistance, job training, employment placement, and supportive services.
  • Navigator: Academic and employment mentoring and assistance for out-of-school youth

Eligibility: YouthBuild: high school dropouts, 18-24 years.
Navigator: out-of-school youth ages 17-24.
Project Steps to Success: 18-24 years old who have been involved in the justice system.
Project BEAM: 25+ years old who have been released from prison or jail within the last 180 days or who are currently under supervision (confined in a correctional facility with a release date within six months, residing in a residential reentry center, on electronic monitoring or home based monitoring, or enrolled in a jail-based work release center).
Second Chance: young fathers ages 16-24 who have criminal involvement including probation, parole, incarceration or active CPS case.

Application Process: Call or walk-in.

Required Documentation: Varies by program.

Fees: No fee for service.
