High Impact Prevention Services for Young People

thru: Action for A Better Community, Inc.

Provides HIV, STI, and HCV prevention, access to health care, and other support services for high-risk youth ages 13-24 years old.

Provides HIV/STD testing, medical and treatment services.

Provides free and confidential Peer to peer outreach.

Provides evidence -based prevention workshops and individual sessions that help set individual sessions to help youth set individual prevention plans, referrals, and youth events.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 13-24 years old with a special focus on youth who are at risk for HIV, STIs, or HCV.

Application Process: By appointment or walk-in during office hours.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
