• Provides individual and group mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation and medications management services.

• Offers peer support and advocacy, case management, and after-hours crisis support.

• Provides forensic services, including sexual abuse prevention program, domestic violence program and anger management program.

Language Access

Eligibility: Adults age 18 and over. Adults do not have to be referred from an agency or provider, self-referrals are accepted for all treatment programs. Adolescents age 13-17 by referral only.

Required Documentation: Health insurance card.

Fees: All major insurance coverage including Medicaid and Medicare and managed care coverage, self-pay and a sliding fee scale for those who do not have health insurance coverage.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Niagara, Erie, Orleans and Genesee Counties.
