Community Habilitation
thru: The Arc Wayne
• Provides habilitation training to individuals in their home or within their community to maintain or advance levels of independence, i.e., hygiene, household chores, mobility, personal health care, financial management, and social skills. Individuals can live independently or with family in the community.
Eligibility: Must be OPWDD eligible, HCBS Waiver enrolled.
