COVID-19 Testing

• Provides testing for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) for individuals who do not already have a primary care physician.
Eligibility: Individuals who do not have a primary care provider (PCP). Individuals who already have a primary care physician must contact them first.
Application Process: Must call first before attempting to visit any location in person.
