Substance Abuse Prevention Services
thru: The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc.
• Offers substance abuse prevention and education to individuals in a confidential settings, as well as in group settings to schools or organizations. Services include:
- Community presentations
- Evidence-based groups
- Crisis intervention
- Assessment, education, and referrals, as needed
• Provides above services on-site at NE/NW College Preparatory High School.
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Individual counseling: Ages 12-20. Presentations: No age limit. Please call for additional information.

Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
