SWAN at Montgomery Center Program
thru: Southwest Area Neighborhood Association
• Provides a Senior Center that include different programs for seniors such as:
- Socialization
- Advocacy
- Exercise program
- Support groups
- Hot meals served daily
- Education and recreational programs
- Special events and trips
- Social services counseling
- Shopping trips
- Transportation provided to residents in southwest area
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 60 and older.

Fees: $2.50 fee that goes to a hot meal. Call for Information.
